1.  MAC users — ever wonder why your files have to be on your main drive?  That’s one of the features of the platform the website is built upon.  They are working on a fix to it and will implement it across the templates as soon as they can.

2. The shopping cart offers check out via PayPal or you can have it send you an invoice.  You have to select which option when you enable the cart.

3. Try to keep your file sizes to 100-150KB for faster loading of your thumbnails, galleries and background images.

4. Music files are HUGE so if your site seems to load slowly that can be one thing that is dragging you down.

5. Today is National Night out here in the US!  I amheaded out to bbq with the neighbors!

Keywords are the words you think a client might use to find you on the Internet.  Please note while keywords do not play the role they once did most SEO experts agree that you still need to have some.  The important part to rememer with this is that less really is more.   Search engines frown upon people who use more the 10-12 solid keywords and do a long list of EVERY word they can think of.  A better approach is to make sure you use the most likely words and keeping your list to just about 10-12 at the most.

If you need assistance figuring out what words to use, I suggest you go to Google’s Webmaster tools.  They have keyword helpers as just one of their many tools to assist you in maximizing your web presence.

Just like any other part of your business you should always be revisiting and evaluating your web presence.  It is very important to keep your website content current and up to date.  I recently went to another photographers site, where she stated you could contact her for her 2008 price list, yet it is now 2009. 

Keeping your images fresh and information updto date will let clients know you are still in business and and working hard!
