What are the system requirements? All FlashPalette templates except 04/05/06, require Mac OS X 10.4.7 or higher, Windows XP or Vista. Templates 04/05/06 can only be used on Windows XP and Vista machines.
Is the Payment a One Time Fee? Yes – the fee is a one time purchase fee for the license code. The terms of use allow you to create and host one (1) site with one (1) license. If you are creating and hosting multiple sites on the same URL, you need to purchase a license for each site you host.
Do you host your sites? No – FlashPalette does not provide hosting services. Purchasing a FlashPalette template give clients the freedom to host their website with a hosting vendor of their choice. This allows clients to change hosting companies at their own discretion, as well as allows them complete control of their URL.
What happens if your web site is down? If the FlashPalette website is unavailable, it does not affect the operation of your site because it is hosted with the hosting company of your choice.
Do you provide free support for your sites? Yes – FlashPalette provides customer support for clients for as long as they own and use their site. There are no additional fees for support.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds are not offered once you have received your license code because a potential client can build and create a fully functional FlashPalette website with the trial version that can be uploaded and viewed online.
