How long have you been in the photography business (explain what you do and your wife does)?
Kyser: I have been doing photography quite some time, but only 4 years ago opened our business, before that it was the occasional wedding, family portrait. We are a husband and wife team, I do most of the photographing, and my wife does most of our graphic work, customer service and office work.
Which Flashpalette template did you buy, and what is your favorite thing about it?
Kyser: 07A is the template I purchased. My favorite thing about it is the ease of updating and keeping it fresh, takes only seconds to update and upload new images with the included software. Close second is the fresh look, can’t tell you how many compliments we have received on our website.
What is your favorite picture you took at this moment in time?
Kyser: To be honest its 2 Landscape pictures I took earlier this year, really enjoy doing landscape photography when there is a break in the portrait business.
Whats the best advice you would give to a photographer out there starting out?
Kyser: Customer Service, word of mouth can make you or break you.
If there was one thing you would wish for, what would that be?
Kyser: A Canon 1Ds Mark III, my dream camera.
Whats one thing you could not live without photography related?
Kyser: My Canon 70-200 2.8 IS lens, that is my best friend most of the time.
