FlashPalette support staff is available 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday, During the business day, you should receive a response to your request within a few hours from the time it was submitted. Limited support is available on weekends and holidays.
If you have a question after hours, please search our support knowledge base first before submitting your question via the support ticket system. You will receive a response the next business day after the ticket was submitted.
Provided a support ticket has been submitted beforehand, phone and chat support is available from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday.
