This week on Tech Tuesday I am going to post a few quick tips.

What file name do I give my custom splash page?
The index.html page is your splash page, this is the same weather you use our splash page or your own custom page.  Please do not name it main.html, as it will overwrite your web sites home page.

What files do I need to update when I change my text pages?
1. Delete the xml folder and the text_page_images folder from your web server
2. Reload the xml folder and the text_page_images folder from your local drive.

What files do I need to load a client gallery?
You will need to do the following:
1. Delete the xml folder from your web server
2. Reload the xml folder from your local drive
3. Update your client proofing folder as well, making sure your recent updates are added.

I can not login into my site on the web, what should I do?
FlashPalette does not host your site, so here are the steps to trouble shooting this issue:
1. Check to make sure your service provider is not experiencing any outages. 
2. If you recently made changes to your site, double check that you have loaded all your site files correctly.  3. If you are still having issues contact FlashPalette support, but please provide the following:
      a. your web site url so we can go and see what the issues are
      b. screen shots of your ftp program showing both the files in your FlashPalette folder along with
     the files on your server.
