Tech Tuesday — GoDaddy

Today I am posting about an issue we learned about today, with GoDaddy.  One of the things that can be very fustrating to all of us is that hosting companies will change their servers and make updates and there are times when the end users are not aware of this.  Today was one of those days~

Go Daddy has updated it’s servers so that it prohibits emails being sent to “spoof” email hosts such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.  This means that if you have your email set to one of those for your contact page OR for your invoicing you will not receive those emails.

Please change your email to be something else, such as: myname@myurl.com

Have a great day.

Shannon
