Tech Tuesday: Little things make a big difference

I know it seems cliche to say that little things can make a big difference.  However, there are times when this is a very true statement.

Today’s Tech Tuesday will be again a few FAQ’s that have come up that are small little things that can have a big impact on your web sites.

1. I have 09A/09E and my site works on local preview but I can not get past the Splash Page when I host it on the web, what should I do?  To start with make sure you have loaded all the site files (I know this seems OBVIOUS but even I have forgotten the reload the .swf files and found my site to not be working –opps).  The other thing with this editor only is that you MUST have a file loaded in the logo area of the editor.  See the image below for where to load the file. If you do not wish to have the logo placed where the editor default is, then create a png file of one pixel that is the color of your site background. Then load that png file, and your site will be good to go.

2. I opened my editor and where there were once images all I see are red X’s, what happened?  This is what occurs when you have moved the image files used in the editor after you imported them to the editor.  The best work around is to create a file with copies of all the images you wish to use for your web site, and that way moving files should not have an impact on your editor.

3. This is not really a question but a set of links to some tutorials that we have they are all downloadable PDF files:
