FlashPalettes’ official policy is that your email is responded to within 24 hours. 

Most of the time I respond within a couple of hours at the most.  However, there are times when I am on Vacation or unable to be online frequently, due to the demands of life, and it may take me longer to respond.  I will respond within 24 hours even when I am on Vacation, which I happen to be on this week!
