I can not believe how quickly this month is going by.  We have been busy getting some new and exciting projects completed and I can not wait to share them with you.

Today I thought I would do some FAQ’s because we have a fantastic sale going on right now.

Do you host your sites? No we do not we recommend bluehost.com or GoDaddy.com for your hosting needs.

Are your sites MAC compatible? Yes all except for 04A/05A/06A.

I have a new MAC how can I edit my site? You need to download the editor and recreate the site.  You can not edit the same site using both a PC and a MAC, the site files created by each system are not compatible with the other.

I can’t see the menu links? Please check the menu text color — the default on the editors is for a black background along with black text.

My computer crashed what should I do?  See this post

Do you have tutorials?  Yes we do you can download them here: Tutorials

A couple of notes on the tutorials:

• The first is that the Mini tutorial is done using our older interface — and that the current Mini templates do not look like this.  To see how to edit our current interfaces review the Team Steve Editor.
• Please note that the file location for your sites files with our new editors — all except 04/05/06 is:  My Documents/FlashPalette Website/ Name of your Website

You tell me to clear my Cache — How do I clear my Cache?

IE:  Tools, Delete Browsing History, Delete Temporary Internet Files

Firefox: Tools, Clear Private Data, check only the Clear Cache tab, Clear Private Data Now
